Last night was Jamison's first track meet of the season.
He ran the 800 and the 1600... indoors. (Yuck!)
Last week I asked him if he had a goal time for this season.
He thought a while, and said, "5.30 for the mile"
Last night he ran a 5.31 - INDOOR.
Guess he needs to reassess that goal!
I'm excited! It is going to be a fun season!
